    Cancellation Policy

    Orders may only be cancelled before the order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier.

    Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

    As each watch is a unique vintage or pre-owned piece, placing an order reserves that specific item exclusively for the customer. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by Abu Dhabi Store LLC.

    Abu Dhabi Store LLC reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

    If a cancellation request is approved before processing or dispatch, any refund will be made to the original payment method, subject to any applicable payment gateway, banking, transaction, or administrative fees.
